Leading People - From Authority to Influence

Your Leadership Brand - Crafting Your Reputation with Intention

Intentionally craft the leadership reputation that will open doors to your next level. You'll define your unique leadership brand, share your powerful strengths story, learn to own your power authentically, and create actionable plans to become the leader others actively seek out and promote.

Navigating Complexity - Strengths-Based Problem Solving

Master the complex art of turning obstacles into opportunities by leveraging both your natural talents and proven resilience strategies. You'll learn to reframe challenges through a strengths lens, build unshakeable confidence and develop skills to lead others through complexity.

Your Leadership Legacy - Integrating and Accelerating

6 intensive 90-minute virtual group coaching sessions with a curated cohort of up to 12 high-achieving women leaders. Each session takes place from 12-1:30 pm EST on the following dates: February 4th and 18th, March 4th and 11th, April 15th and 29th, 2026.
